Refunds 

Unfortunately, due to the handmade nature of our beauty products, we cannot accept returns on beauty products. However, we will honor exchanges on apparel for unworn, damage-free items in the original packaging and tags. You will be issued store credit that can be used at anytime. 

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item before purchase. 

***There are NO REFUNDS available for items ordered from the Dream by DB carnival costumes collection. These items are handmade to order and will not be eligible for refunds or exchange due to the nature of the item. Please ask all questions or make necessary communication before ordering. Thank You.***

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right within 7 days.

To be eligible for damage correction,  your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
